As project manager, we are responsible for managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and the scope of work. We will create and execute project work plans and make necessary adjustments in order to meet changes and requirements.

AB Broadcasting Consultant (ABBC) offers comprehensive training services in the area of television broadcast systems and procedures to improve customer knowledge and appropriate use of hardware and software products.  Although many of the FCC rules have relaxed, there are still many rules and changes that apply to the daily operations of broadcast stations.

Our Training Goals:

• Identify areas for improvement.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan that caters to the customer’s work environment.
• Communicate effectively with class participants to identify needs and evaluate alternative methods of learning.
• Provide each class participant with the necessary clarity, documentation; and hands-on experience necessary to properly utilize new technology and software application.

 Our approach to training is to teach, not lecture.

 

System Commissioning & Performance Verification:

AB Broadcasting Consultant (ABBC) believes that System Commissioning and Performance Verification are two of the most important components of incorporating new systems into your work environment. This invaluable service is a critical element that lends to overall project success, by identifying and eliminating as many single possible points of failure as early as possible.

Our staff will perform all of the critical steps of system checkout, performance, testing and verification as it relates to your work environment. Because we know and understand the broadcast environment, it is our goal during commissioning and performance verification to ensure the system is fully functional and conducive to the environment in which it has been allocated.

 Our Methodology for Commissioning and Verification:

• Perform an overall inspection of the system to ensure correct assembly, network connection, and configuration.
• Documentation and validation of testing against other third party hardware and software applications.
• Check to ensure that basic operational requirements are met.
• On-site proof or performance testing and verification, in your real-world environment.
• Issuance of final report, engineering summary, corrective action and verification statement.
