AB Broadcasting Consultant (ABBC) has provided professional services for a few different broadcast facilities and  vendors in the area of system commissioning, implementation, and Training.

 System Trainer and Installation Engineer:

• Responsible for training Broadcast Operators and Engineers on audio and video routers hardware and software products.

• Provided Engineering training on system configuration, workflow, maintenance and trouble shooting.

• AB Broadcasting has provided training to Military facilities in Asia, United Kingdom, Germany, Portugal (Azores), Italy, Turkey and other US facilities.

• AB Broadcasting has provided technical support to large station groups, to include automation installation and training, providing resolution to workflow issues, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and handling customer care issues.

System Analysis:

AB Broadcasting Consultant (ABBC) has worked with individual broadcast stations and other facilities to perform broadcast system and workflow analyses.

• We have performed a thorough analysis of client’s automation system to determine whether on-air outages were software, hardware or operational issues.
• orked with the automation vendor to address software issues to provide the client with final solutions.
• Provided the client with a written report of findings and recommendations.
• Used assessment research to provide the client with written recommendations on how best to address operational issues and to allocate current employees for a multi-channel environment.
• Performed an on-site assessment to review operational policies and workflow issues.
• Developed and produced a standard operating procedure manual for multi-channel operations.
• Performed an analysis of the client’s video production system.
• Made the necessary corrections to client’s video system to increase video and audio quality.
• Trained operators on standard broadcast procedures.
